I am originally from the beautiful state of North Carolina.  Life has taken me on a lot of adventures and other homes in New England and the lovely Shenandoah Valley, where I earned my Massage Therapist license.  I now call Richmond home and am loving it!

I am mother two two amazing adult children, Mimi to a sweet grandson, and Mama to my dog, Danica and my cat, Luna. When I'm not healing and massaging, I enjoy writing, traveling, eating good food, spending time with friends, and continuing on the spiritual journey that is life!
